Obedience Program
Our obedience program is designed to teach dogs essential skills and behaviors that promote good manners, safety, and harmony between dogs and their owners. This program typically includes foundational obedience commands such as sit, stay, come, heel, and down, while emphasizing consistency, clear communication, and strengthening the bond between dog and handler.
The goal is to build a well-behaved, responsive, and confident dog capable of following commands reliably in various environments. Participants also learn techniques to address common behavior challenges like leash pulling, jumping, and barking.

At Last Cast, we have come to realize that there is no one program to fit all dogs. Therefore, we offer the opportunity for you to choose the style and frequency of training to best fit you and your dog's needs. These include options of daily, weekly, and monthly program session packages. Sessions are hour-long one-on-one meetings between us, you, and your dog. Limited board and train as well as day-long training packages are also available. The program offers progressive levels from beginner to advanced training tailored to the dog's individual needs and the owner’s lifestyle.
Gun Dog Training
Our Gun Dog program is designed to train dogs to be skilled hunting companions for upland birds and waterfowl. The program focuses on developing a dog’s natural instincts to point, flush, and retrieve game in the field while dually building obedience.
Training includes foundational obedience, steadiness to wing and shot, whistle commands, marked and blind retrieves on land and water, and exposure to hunting scenarios such as decoys, various cover and terrains.
